The Troubleshooting Of Autel MaxiService VAG505

The Autel MaxiService VAG505 is one kind of the OBDII code reader.And when you use the tool, you may meet some errors. Here we will share three conditions.



When the Autel MaxiService VAG505 fails to communicate with the ECU of the vehicle, there occurs a communication error, which belongs to the vehicle linking error. Then you should check if the ignition is ON, if the connector is securely connected to the DLC of the vehicle, and make sure the control module is all right.After all these check, you can turn off the ignition and wait for several seconds, then turn on the ignition again, it will be ok.

When you are using the Autel MaxiService VAG505, once it freezes, you should check if the ECU of the vehicle is too slow to respond to requests. Then you should reset the tool,so it can work normally. Turn the ignition off and after about 10 seconds, turn on the ignition and continue your operation.

If your Autel MaxiService VAG505 dosen't power up, you should check and make sure that the connector of the Autel MaxiService VAG505 is securely connected to the DLC of the vehicle and the vehicle's battery should be good with at least 8.0 volts. Besides, you can verify if the DLC pins are broken, if they are, change them and retry.
